Rapid Cloud Partners supported Cordial in implementing NetSuite across Procure to Pay, General Ledger and Order to Cash, including a recurring billing automation from 360 Subscription Billing with their Advanced Revenue Management plugin. The efficiencies gained in the Order to Cash cycle have been particularly impactful, with billing now auto-generated on a daily basis, based on contract details. And an automated month-end revenue recognition process helped us escape our cumbersome Excel model.

Challenge

After realizing significant growth, Cordial reached out to Rapid Cloud Partners (RCP) to help design systems to help its business scale. Cordial was able to integrate NetSuite with 360 Subscription Billing (360SB) with their existing Salesforce CRM to provide more sophisticated processes for its finance operations. Areas of focus were CRM and ERP synchronization, recurring billing, revenue recognition, AP automation, and reporting.

Solution

Cordial implemented the system in two phases. In the first phase, RCP rolled out NetSuite Purchase to Pay and Record to Report processes to streamline accounts payable and general ledger close. Cordial also initiated an Order to Cash process in NetSuite with 360SB to electronically send invoices to customers. Embedded in the billing process was the addition of Avalara to manage sales and use tax.

In the second phase, RCP worked closely alongside Cordial to enhance its solution by adding 360 Subscription Billing and Advanced Revenue Management to care for recurring billing and revenue recognition. With centralized, robust data-related revenue streams and spend, Cordial was able to take advantage of NetSuite’s powerful reporting capabilities to improve strategic and financial decisions.

With 360 Subscription Billing SuiteApp for NetSuite, Cordial was able to automate their customer invoicing and payments, while streamlining contract management, amendments, and renewals in unison with Salesforce.  These solutions for Cordial’s unique business needs to ensure that their implementation would be a success, operating confidently in NetSuite as they continue to grow.
